Emma Stone reveals her £2 beauty secret
When most of the Hollywood stars turn to premium products to perfect their skin, 23-year-old actor Emma Stone has an altogether budget approach. The actress has revealed grape seed oil as the key to her blemish-free appearance.
Costing around £2 a bottle the vegetable oil, which is available in most supermarkets, is a must-have item in the star’s bathroom cabinet. Splashing it on several times a day Stone says that it acts as the perfect moisturiser, leaving it soft and silky. Almost odourless and light in texture, this natural product is said to be easily absorbed by the skin and is commonly used as massage oil.
The product is often made from wine grapes, since the seeds are discarded when alcohol is made. She told a website, “I just use natural grape seed oil from the grocery store on my face as moisturiser. After the shower, I pat it on, and then I’ll use it throughout the day and at night. I pretty much smell like grape all the time.”
