Research from Germany’s Humboldt University in Berlin shows that the relaxing effect of positive self-love notes kicks in faster and lasts longer when people read them in larger print. This is because the brain sees larger words as more important. So, forget about scribbling little affirmative messages on a crumpled piece of paper.
