* Keep your feet dry and clean at all times and moisturize daily. Cut your toe nails regularly and keep them free from dirt
* Use a fresh paste of turmeric, neem and sesame seeds for fungal infection between toes
* Avoid smelly feet by soaking in warm salt water and washing them in cold and diluted black tea or diluted vinegar
* Eat warm and fresh food. Garlic,
pepper, ginger, hing, jeera powder, turmeric and coriander help enhance digestion and improve immunity

* Avoid heavy moisturisers as they clog skin and result in oily skin
* Use gel-based products during the day and light creams for night
* Use face washes twice a day and a face mask twice a week
