Chris Brown in crash with paparazzi

    Chris Brown was involved in a car crash in Los Angeles on Saturday, after attempting to escape the paparazzi.
    The R&B star was on his way to the Debbie Allen Dance Academy for a Symphonic Love Foundation event when two vehicles reportedly cut him off. As the passengers of the cars jumped out with cameras, Brown reversed down a nearby alley and crashed into another two vehicles, according to a US news show.
    The singer’s car was destroyed in the smash, but his representative told the show that he is fine and was still able to attend the charity bash. Back in 2009, on the eve of the Grammys, Brown was in the news for all the wrong reasons after assaulting his girlfriend Rihanna during a fight on the way home from a party.
    As a result of the altercation between the two singers, which left Rihanna bruised black and blue and led to a conviction for Brown, both stars pulled out of appearances at the Grammy award show.
