14% of the body’s total weight.
>> Bones are made of 50% water and 50% solid matter. They are hard, strong and very much alive like muscle tissue.
>> Humans and giraffes have the same number of bones in their necks — eight. The only difference is, giraffe neck vertebrae are much, much longer!
