Nityanand Kailasa UN: absconding Nityanandachi representative of the United Nations; Self proclaimed country Kailasala recognition?

Nityananda has been declared a fugitive on charges of sexual harassment. Due to this, the UN has also started to be questioned.

Another region has come up against India at the United Nations conference in Geneva. This region belongs to none other than Kailasa, a fictitious country founded by rape accused and fugitive Nityananda who believes himself to be God. Shockingly for India, Kailasa's representative was included in the UN meeting.

In it, his representative called Nityananda the 'Supreme Guru of Hinduism'. Also, he is being harassed by India and the United Nations has demanded to provide him security.

A woman named Vijayapriya Nithyananda attended the UN meeting. She was present at the 19th meeting of the Council on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (CESR). India is harassing Nityananda, the founder of the United States of Kailasa. She claims that Kailasa was the first sovereign state of Hinduism. She said that India should stop the persecution of Hindus and Nithyananda among the 2 million immigrants of this country.

She claimed that Nityananda's country had established embassies and NGOs in other countries. However, it is not yet clear whether Kailash has been recognized by the United Nations. If so, by what method was the king of this fictitious country recognized? Nityananda has been declared a fugitive on charges of sexual harassment. Due to this, the UN has also started to be questioned.

Umesh Pal was murdered with planning

Umeshpal was killed with great thinking. The bomb was thrown so that people could run away from the spot in fear. On February 24, Umesh Pal was returning home after testifying in prayagraj court. There were two gunners together, but Umesh Pal was unfazed that a vehicle was following him.

As soon as Umesh Pal's car reaches the street and Umesh Pal gets down from the car. Bullets are fired from all sides. Umesh runs down the street to save his life, until his gunners also try to turn around and shoot to give an answer to the attackers, but this answer proved to be insufficient.

Why was the murder planned?

The faces that have come out in this massacre so far are just pawns. The real player is Atiq Ahmed, but the question is, why did Atiq Ahmed conspire to kill Umesh Pal? Let's go in a little flashback. The date was January 25, 2005. It was around 3 pm. Raju Pal was returning home from the mortuary of a hospital in the area.

In a convoy of two vehicles. Suddenly, the attackers surrounded both the vehicles and started firing indiscriminately. In this shootout, MLA Raju Pal, his close aide Devi Pal and Sandeep Pal three people died. On April 2005, 11, the UP Police filed a charge sheet against <> people, including Atiq Ahmed, his brother Ashraf, in the Raju Pal murder case.

On January 2, 2016, the Supreme Court handed over the investigation of the case to the CBI. In October 2022, charges were framed against six accused. In this case, all the testimony, all the statements have been completed. The court's verdict may come in the next two months, but before that the main witness was killed.

Atiq and Ashraf may be questioned

The murder is linked to Atiq Ahmed, lodged in Sabarmati jail in Ahmedabad, and his brother Ashraf, who is lodged in Bareilly jail. It is possible that he may be released from jail and interrogated. Meanwhile, Atiq's wife Shaista Parveen has written a letter to CM Yogi demanding a CBI inquiry into the murder.

Atiq's wife fears encounter

Shaista, wife of former MP Atiq Ahmed, is now afraid that her husband Atiq and Ashraf may be thrown out of jail on the pretext of this case and they may be killed in an encounter. Therefore, she is appealing for their appearance and interrogation to be done through video conferencing or in jail itself.

4 members of Atiq's family lodged in jail

At present, 4 members of atiq and his family are in jail. Bahubali Atiq Ahmed is lodged in Sabarmati Jail in Gujarat. Brother Ashraf is lodged in Bareilly jail. The elder son Omar is lodged in Lucknow jail and the younger son Ali is lodged in Naini Central Jail in Prayagraj. Shaista alleges that the police have kept her two more sons in custody.

Arbaaz, who was injured in the encounter, was rushed to the hospital, where doctors declared him dead.

Arbaaz killed in encounter

One of the accused in the Umeshpal murder case was killed. Arbaaz is the only person who was driving the Creta car used in the murder on the day of the incident. Character Sketch Of Mrs Pumphrey Class 10?

Mrs. Pumphrey is a character from the short story "The Rattrap" by Selma Lagerlof. She is a wealthy and kind-hearted woman who lives in a big house with her pampered dog, Tricki.

Mrs. Pumphrey is described as a middle-aged, well-dressed woman who loves to entertain guests and is very fond of her dog. She is also shown to be very concerned about Tricki's health and wellbeing, often calling the vet over minor issues and feeding him lavish meals. She is a bit naïve, and her affection for her dog often blinds her to reality. For instance, when she thinks that Tricki is depressed, she showers him with even more attention and treats, not realizing that she is only making him worse.

Despite her wealth and pampered lifestyle, Mrs. Pumphrey is kind-hearted and generous. She donates to charity and is always willing to help her neighbors. She is also open-minded and accepting of others. For instance, she hires the rattrap seller, who is an ex-convict, to help her with Tricki, not judging him for his past mistakes.

In conclusion, Mrs. Pumphrey is a wealthy and kind-hearted woman who loves her dog Tricki to a fault. Her affection for her pet often blinds her to reality, but she is nonetheless generous and accepting of others.

Hindu Jan Aakrosh Morcha rally held in Navi Mumbai against ‘love, land jihad’

AHindu Jan Aakrosh Morcha rally was held in Vashi in Navi Mumbai on Sunday, during which calls were given for the economic boycott of the Muslim community.

In protest against ‘love jihad’ and ‘land jihad’, Sakal Hindu Samaj held a march in Navi Mumbai, commencing from Vashi’s Blue Diamond Chowk on Sunday. This is the third protest of its kind being organised by Sakal Hindu Samaj in Mumbai in the past month.

Amidst a sea of saffron flags and posters condemning ‘love jihad’, sloganeering protesters marched for about 3 km from Vashi’s Blue Diamond Chowk to Shivaji Chowk. Among those at the rally were Ganesh Naik, MLA and BJP leader, other activists from BJP, as well as members of Hindu outfits such as Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal, that come under the umbrella of Sakal Hindu Samaj.

Kajal Shingla aka ‘Kajal Hindusthani’, a Gujarat resident, who claims to work for the cause of ‘Hindu human rights’, was a keynote speaker. Urging the crowd to boycott these vendors, Hindusthani said, “In Navi Mumbai, land jihad has become so prevalent that today 25 Bangladeshi Muslims live in one room. They have hijacked our vegetable and fruit markets. I want you to repeat after me that – we, the people of Maharashtra, will economically boycott them.”

Citing the 'illegal' construction of eight dargahs in APMC fruit market, and dargahs near Ghansoli and at several stations of Navi Mumbai, she said, “I urge you to question your Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation. The women of our households will have to come out and question authorities, and only then will Navi Mumbai be rid of them. When they construct illegal dargahs, do they take permission? Then why do you need permission before demolishing their properties?”

“We should not be renting or selling our spaces to them. If this is happening at societies in your vicinity, make an association with rules whereby whoever is not an idol worshipper should not be rented or sold a flat,” she added.

The rally comes in the backdrop of recent Supreme Court directives, wherein a bench of Justice K M Joseph and J B Pardiwala directed that the Hindu Jan Aakrosh Morcha in Mumbai would be allowed only if 'no hate speech' is guaranteed.

The Navi Mumbai police have said they have video-graphed the gathering and are analysing the content of the speeches.

Navi Mumbai Deputy Commissioner of Police (zone I), Vivek Pansare, said, “There were utterances at the rally which we think may come under hate speech. So we will scrutinise the recording again, and assess if it can be categorised as such," Pansare said.

Shiv Sena saved Hindus in ’92-93 riots: Ex-top cop makes shocking revelations at event in Mumbai

Former Mumbai Police Commissioner MN Singh dropped a bombshell on Sunday when he declared that Hindus were safe during the 1992-93 communal riots only because of the "intervention" of the Shiv Sena.

The riots were pre-planned, Singh said at a function in Goregaon to release a book titled "Bombay Underworld — Then and Now", penned by former deputy municipal commissioner V. Balachandran.

The first consignment of arms and explosives were despatched by ship to Mumbai from Pakistan by the Dawood Ibrahim gang at the behest of the Inter Services Intelligence of Pakistan, well before the serial bomb blasts of March 1993, Singh said. The general impression was that the serial bombing was a reaction to the 1992-93 riots, but the landing of arms and RDX had begun in January 1993 itself, he pointed out.

Singh spoke about the D gang's influence on Bollywood industry

Singh said he was under tremendous pressure from powerful people not to arrest actor Sanjay Dutt from whose house in Bandra AK 47 assault rifles were seized but there was solid evidence of Dutt's role in the conspiracy. “We had recordings of as many as 12 telephonic conversations between Sanjay Dutt and Dawood Ibrahim," Singh contended.

"I did not yield to pressure and instead arrested him. Because of that my promotion as police commissioner was sought to be blocked by vested interests," alleged Singh, who was earlier joint commissioner (crime).

Bollywood was said to be majorly linked to the underworld, specially to D gang, Singh claimed. The don used to not only finance films but also decided on the casting of actors and distribution of film release territories, he alleged.

"Once noted film maker Subhash Ghai met me seeking police protection. He said Abu Salem had threatened to kill him if he did not give him the distribution rights of his film," said the former Mumbai top cop. Video distributors such as Samir Hingora and Hanif Kadawala, who were allegedly close to D company, used to call the shots in Bollywood. Hingora was even elected president of the Indian Motion Picture Producers’ Association.

The underworld was brought under control because of the tough action by Mumbai police, Singh said.

Balachandran recalled how he was targeted by the “bhais”, because of which the government provided him a gun that he used once to fire in the air to scare a violent mob that was opposing the demolition of illegal structures. The former civic body officials narrated his encounters with gangsters during his tenure as a deputy municipal commissioner in the '90s.
