जब हो बुखार

बुखार होने पर आप क्या करते हैं? आपको या घर के किसी भी सदस्य को यदि बुखार हो जाए तो आप उसका इलाज कैसे करते हैं? डॉक्टर के परामर्श से दवा लेते हैं या खुद ही किसी दवा के सहारे उसे ठीक करने का प्रयास करते हैं? लेकिन यह तो तय है कि आप बुखार के इलाज के लिए बाजारी दवा का ही सहारा लेते होंगे।

बाजारी दवाएं ना लें

यदि आप ऐसा करते हैं तो आपको बता दें कि बाजारी दवाएं कुछ ही समय में बुखार को ठीक तो कर देती हैं, लेकिन पीछे छोड़ जाती हैं शारीरिक कमजोरी। जिसे ठीक होने में समय लग जाता है। इतना ही नहीं, ये दवाएं आपके इम्यून सिस्टम को भी कमजोर बनाती हैं।

अपनाएं कुछ घरेलू नुस्खे

जब कभी भी किसी को बुखार हो तो हमें इन बाजारी दवाओं की बजाय कुछ घरेलू नुस्खे अपनाने चाहिए। बेशक ये अपना परिणाम दिखाने में बाजारी दवाओं से थोड़ा अधिक समय लेंगे, लेकिन किसी भी हाल में आपके शरीर को कमजोर नहीं होने देंगे।

11 ऐसे घरेलू नुस्खे

आयुर्वेद ने ऐसे कई उपाय प्रस्तुत किए हैं, जिन्हें यदि इस्तेमाल किया जाए तो बाजारी दवाओं की तरह ही ये जल्दी असर करते हैं। यहां हम आपको 11 ऐसे घरेलू नुस्खे बताने जा रहे हैं, जो बुखार होने पर यदि उपयोग में लाए जाएं तो जल्द ही बुखार की छुट्टी कर देते हैं। साथ ही रोगी के इम्यून सिस्टम को भी मजबूत बनाते हैं।

पहला उपाय
तुलसी में कई सारे रोगों से लड़ने की ताकत होती है, तो हमारा पहला उपाय उसी से जुड़ा है। इसके लिए आप थोड़े पानी में 3-4 काली मिर्च, एक चम्मच बारीक कटा हुआ अदरक और तुलसी के कुछ पत्ते डालकर उबाल लें। अब इस पानी को थोड़ा ठंडा होने के बाद धीरे-धीरे पी लें, राहत मिलेगी।

दूसरा उपाय

अदरक शरीर को अंदरूनी गर्माहट देता है और इसमें मौजूद तत्व कई सारे बैक्टीरिया को मारने का भी काम करते हैं। दूसरे उपाय में आप थोड़े पानी में अदरक और पुदीना डालें और उबालने के बाद ठंडा होने पर दवा की तरह पी लें।

तीसरा उपाय

छोटे बच्चे काढ़ा पीने में नखरे करते हैं, क्योंकि वह कड़वा होता है इसलिए तीसरे उपाय में हम आपको मीठी दवा बताएंगे। इसके लिए थोड़े पानी में आप तुलसी, मुलेठी, शहद और शक्कर मिलाकर उबाल लें, यह मीठा बनेगा और बच्चे इसे पीने से मना भी नहीं करेंगे।

चौथा उपाय
अब जो उपाय हम बताने जा रहे हैं यह बुखार को मिनटों में उतार भी देगा एवं यदि इन्हें बुखार उतर जाने के बाद भी 2-3 दिन और पीयेंगे तो शरीर मजबूत हो जाता है। इसके लिए आप शहद, अदरक और पान के रस को बराबर मिलाकर एक रस तैयार कर लें। इसे रोजाना सुबह-शाम पीने से फायदा होगा।

पांचवां उपाय

यदि बुखार ज्यादा तेज हो तो आपको ये उपाय करना चाहिए – 8 काली मिर्च, 10 तुलसी की पत्तियां और स्वादानुसार अदरक और दालचीनी को पानी में उबाल लें। इसे थोड़े-थोड़े समय में पी लें और साथ ही आराम भी करें, बुखार जल्द ही कम हो जाएगा।

छठा उपाय

यदि रोगी को आम बुखार ना हो, यानि कि टायफाइड जैसा बुखार हो तो उसके लिए भी एक उपाय है। इसके लिए रोगी को तुलसी और सूरजमुखी के रस को मिलाकर बना हुआ काढ़ा देना चाहिए। यह रस बड़े से बड़े बुखार को खत्म कर देता है।

सातवां उपाय

कुछ लोग ऐसे होते हैं जिन्हें हर दूसरे दिन शारीरिक कमजोरी महसूस होती है और ऐसा लगता है कि हल्का बुखार है। ऐसे व्यक्ति को रोजाना सुबह खाली पेट गुनगुना पानी पीना चाहिए और फिर शौच जाना चाहिए। इससे शरीर के सारे बुरे तत्व बाहर निकल जाएंगे और कुछ ही दिनों में शारीरिक कमजोरी दूर हो जाएगी।

आठवां उपाय

लेकिन अगर इससे भी आराम ना मिले, तो साथ में प्याज का एक उपाय कर सकते हैं। प्याज का रस यदि सुबह-शाम पीया जाए तो यह निरंतर होने वाले बुखार की छुट्टी कर देता है। साथ ही रोगी की पाचन शक्ति को भी बढ़ाता है।

नौवां उपाय

यदि बुखार के साथ सर्दी-जुखाम हो जाए, तो उसे दूर करने के लिए लहसुन का प्रयोग करें। 2-3 कच्चे लहसुन को एक कप पानी के साथ उबाल लें, ठंडा होने पर छानकर पी जाएं। जल्दी ही राहत मिलेगी।

दसवां उपाय

बुखार कम करने के लिए लहसुन के एक अन्य उपाय के अनुसार आप इसे घी में पकाएं और सेंधा नमक के साथ खा लें। बुखार जल्द ही उतर जाता है।

ग्यारहवां उपाय

उपरोक्त बताए गए सभी उपाय यदि जल्द काम ना करें और बुखार काफी तेज हो, तो ठंडे पानी में भिगोई हुई पट्टियां माथे पर रखें। इससे भी बुखार काफी तेजी से गिरता है।
