Do you know how JeHadi Bakhtiyar Khilji, who burnt the world famous Nalanda University, died???

Actually this story is of the year 1206 AD...!

In 1206 AD, a fervent voice resounds in Kamrup (Assam)...

"Bakhtiyar Khilji, you have come to the land of #Kamaroop (Assam) by burning Nalanda, the temple of knowledge... If you and even one of your soldiers can cross the Brahmaputra, then I swear by Maa Chandi (Kamateshwari) to take the Agni Samadhi while alive. I will"... King Prithu

And, after that, on March 27, 1206, such a battle was fought on the land of Assam which is written in golden letters in the history of human identity.

A battle in which there are 12,000 soldiers of an army who come to fight and only 100 are left alive.

Those who have read the history of #wars know that when two armies fight, one army either runs away accepting defeat in the middle or surrenders...

But, 12 thousand soldiers fought in this battle and only 100 survived and that too was injured.

There is probably no such example in the history of the world.

Even today, that inscription is present near Guwahati on which it is written about this battle.

At that time Muhammad Bakhtiyar Khilji was moving towards Assam after conquering many kings of Bihar and Bengal.

During this he had burnt Nalanda #University and killed thousands of Buddhist, Jain and Hindu scholars.

World's priceless books, manuscripts, records etc. were burnt to ashes in Nalanda University.

This J Hadi Khilji was originally from Afghanistan and was a relative of Muhammad Ghori and Qutubuddin Aibak.

Alauddin Khilji of the later era was also his relative.

Actually, that Je Hadi Khilji wanted to go to Tibet via Assam by mixing Nalanda in ashes.

Because, Tibet was an important center of trade between China, Mongolia, India, Arab and Far East countries at that time, so Khilji wanted to capture it....

But, standing in his way was the King of Assam #Prithu... who was also known as Raja Barthu...

There was a war between the two near modern Guwahati.

King Prithu swore that under no circumstances would he allow Khilji to cross the Brahmaputra river and go to Tibet.

He and his tribal warriors badly cut Khilji's army with poisoned arrows, khukris, spears and short but deadly swords.

Frightened by the situation.... Khilji along with many of his soldiers started running away taking advantage of the jungle and mountains...!

But, the people of Assam were born warriors.

And, even today no one can run away from them in the world.

He pierced those fugitive Khiljis with his thin but poisoned arrows.

In the end, Khilji just saved his 100 soldiers and started apologizing by sitting on his knees on the ground.

King Prithu then took his soldiers captive and left Khilji alive alone, put him on a horse and said that

"You go back to Afghanistan...

And, tell whoever you meet on the way that you burnt Nalanda, then you got King Prithu... just tell people this much...."

Khilji was so insulted all the way that when he reached back to his place, his own nephew Ali Mardan cut off his head after listening to his story.

But, how sad it is that a town in Bihar is named Bakhtiyarpur after the name of this Bakhtiyar Khilji and there is also a railway junction there.

Whereas, the inscription of the name of our King Prithu also has to be found.

But, when a petition has to be filed in the court to change the name of our own country to India, then it can be understood why it would have happened.....

Even after reading the above article, if the feeling of unity does not arise among the cowardly, impotent and so-called traitors, secular intellectuals and selfish Hindus...

So #Shame on such people…
