SIMPLE TIPS TO SLEEP BETTER AT NIGHT




Now that all the late nights of celebrating are behind you, it's time to ensure that you sleep properly . When you don't get adequate sleep, it starts affecting your health. Sleeping uninterrupted between seven to eight hours is essential and if you're finding it difficult to fall asleep, here's some help...

Don't go to bed with your smartphone or laptop. This will keep your mind alert.Switch off all electronic devices at least half an hour before you turn in.

Take a hot shower before bedtime. This will relax your body and help you fall asleep.

Avoid drinking caffeine or fizzy drinks late evening and don't stuff yourself at dinner.Have a light meal so that you don't suffer from acidity or gas, which can hamper sleep.
