* Keep your feet dry and clean at all times and moisturize daily. Cut your toe nails regularly and keep them free from dirt
* Use a fresh paste of turmeric, neem and sesame seeds for fungal infection between toes
* Avoid smelly feet by soaking in warm salt water and washing them in cold and diluted black tea or diluted vinegar
* Eat warm and fresh food. Garlic,
pepper, ginger, hing, jeera powder, turmeric and coriander help enhance digestion and improve immunity

* Avoid heavy moisturisers as they clog skin and result in oily skin
* Use gel-based products during the day and light creams for night
* Use face washes twice a day and a face mask twice a week
* Facial products enriched with essential oils destroy bacteria coming in contact with your skin
* Refreshing essentials oils such as bergamot, orange, lemon, grapefruit or juniper berry in a vapouriser or bath, can help improve your mood and make you feel light and energetic
* Oils like jasmine or ylang ylang in a vapouriser are great to create a romantic mood
* Wash your feet daily with a foot wash enriched with essential oils such as tea tree, lemon, eucalyptus or lemongrass. Alternatively put the oils in salt water and soak your feet in it

* Apply oil on the feet and hands and dip in warm salt water for 10 minutes to improve circulation
* Regular gargling with warm salt water or warm decoction of Triphala with salt will prevent throat infections.
* Inhale hot vapours of natural essential oils like eucalyptus, tulsi, lemongrass and mint to prevent nasal congestion
* Drink at least two litres of water everyday to prevent dehydration and flush out toxins
