How to make OLIVE BATH SCRUB?

    Using olive oil is an ancient beauty secret. With the winter approaching, it can be effective in hydrating the skin. Extra virgin olive oils can act as apt moisturisers to soothe and soften the skin and alleviate dry patches. The oil is said to have the capability to affect epidermal keratinocytes (the basic cells from which the upper layer of skin is made) and boost the levels of collagen and elastin in it.
    To get the best benefits from olive oil, warm it and massage it into the skin daily, just after
shower. You can also add olive oil to honey and milk and use it as a mask. Soaking brittle nails in olive oil will strengthen them.

OLIVE BATH SCRUB Olive oil works well in homemade scrubs. Here’s how to make one at home:
    Mix about 2 ½ tablespoons of olive oil and one tablespoon of rough sea salt in a bowl. For a bigger mixture, use a whole full cup of olive oil and 4 cups of sea salt.
    Stir to mix the ingredients.

    Apply the bath scrub as a skin exfoliant and cleanser.
