I have been looking for a website/app which will enable me to make calls
from the PC to a mobile or landline. I have been unable to find any
options so far. Evaphone, Jaxtr and others do not allow free calls. The
app/website should allow me to call free within India itself. Please
help
Samir Rosario You can always do a call from an application to an application, like a Skype to a Skype call, but calling for free to a land line or a mobile phone in India from the Internet is still not possible, due to voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) restrictions. Somewhere in the future, there maybe a possibility that carriers are allowed to do this, or allow software service vendors to do this, right now I am not aware of any such application, website or utility that will let you make free calls on telephone lines.
